 Thank you for using the Tokyo Bay Ferry.
The cruise was scheduled for the following dates, but due to a breakdown on the Shirahama Maru and no prospect of repairs being completed, we have decided to cancel it.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

・May 2024, 5 (Sunday) Special cruise around Tokyo Bay (canceled)
・Sunday, June 2024, 6 Yokohama Port special cruise on Kurofune (canceled)

We will contact customers who have applied using the method below.

[For customers applying by phone]
Tokyo Bay Ferry will contact you by phone. Participation fees will be refunded by bank transfer.

[For customers who apply from the website]
・Customers who have already paid by credit card
We will send an email informing you of the cruise cancellation to the email address you provided at the time of application.
For credit card payments, we will process the cancellation of the payment.

・For customers who have already paid at a convenience store or carrier payment
We will contact you by email. Participation fees will be refunded by bank transfer.
