Purchase a boarding ticket
- Car fares vary by vehicle type.
- Please declare the vehicle type (light vehicle, ordinary vehicle) at the counter and purchase a boarding ticket.
* If the load exceeds the vehicle length, the total length including the load will be applied.
* Please present the vehicle verification only for special vehicles (campers, etc.). - Passengers other than the driver need a passenger ticket.
* Cards can be used with VISA, JCB, Mitsubishi UFJ NICOS, DC, bank cards, masters, Rakuten KC, etc.
* Cash only is available for purchase of set tickets packed with ferries, tourist facilities, golf courses, etc.

Boarding (ticket gate)

- Please board according to the guidance of the staff. Passengers will also be on board.

On board
- Please park on board according to the guidance of the staff.
- When you park, stop the engine and apply the side brakes.
- The car security system may be activated by the shaking of the ship, so please cooperate by turning off the security system if possible.
- Get out of the car and relax in the guest rooms / decks on the upper floors

During the voyage
- Vehicle decks during voyage are off limits.
- Please note that there may be splashes on the sea during the voyage.
- Please be sure to bring your valuables.Please enjoy your leisurely boat trip.

Disembark
- Please return to your car when the onboard information broadcast on the berth arrives.
- Please disembark according to the guidance of the staff

- There are restrictions on the number of vehicles during stormy weather at sea.
- If you are a motorcycle customer, we may not be able to guide you if it is just before the departure time.Please arrive early.
- Customers who put their bicycles in a wheel bag and board on foot are kindly requested to leave the bicycle in the wheel bag and disembark from the ramp when disembarking.
- For passengers boarding by truck, the height is limited to less than 3.8m and the gross vehicle weight is limited to less than 40t.Please note.

Barrier-free
- Boarding by car is a staircase from the vehicle deck to the guest room.
- Wheelchair users and people with disabilities
(1) Wheelchairs can be used to board and disembark from the slop to the guest room.
(2) You can board and disembark on the vehicle deck (guest room floor) on the 1.7nd floor in your car (maximum height limit of XNUMXm).Please report to the window or staff.

Pet embarkation
- Pets are allowed on board (free of charge).
- Please lead me.Please place it on the floor in a cage (container) inside the room (even small pets cannot be taken out of the cage).
- If you are inconvenienced by other guests such as crying, please use the deck outside the guest room.
