| Working system | 3 work days, 1 day off (50 hours on board, 46 hours off) rotation |
| Overtime hours | Approximately 1 to 2 hours per month (27.5 hours with fixed adjustment allowance) |
| Holiday | 1 month/7.5 days There is a long vacation |
